My Story
My professional journey began in 2015 in France, where I trained in dietetics and human nutrition and became a registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I later completed a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health to deepen my evidence-based understanding of nutrition and lifestyle-related wellbeing.
While my academic training provided strong scientific foundations, I came to recognise that long-term health is influenced by more than food alone. Through travel and living between Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, I observed how stress, environment, daily habits, and life transitions significantly impact wellbeing.
Over time, I came to understand that sustainable health is built from internal stability — not external control.
This perspective now shapes how I work with clients in Brisbane and online across Australia, integrating nutrition, behaviour change, and stress regulation strategies.
