My transformation began in Lyon, where my corporate life unexpectedly led me to discover Kundalini Yoga. My Health Experience: A Journey to Gut Healing
In 2022, chronic digestive issues dramatically impacted my daily life, leading to social isolation and constant discomfort. Despite my nutrition background, finding solutions proved challenging until I discovered the low FODMAP diet, which brought immediate relief (FODMAPs refer to certain carbohydrates in various foods that can be difficult for some individuals to digest).This personal health journey taught me to listen deeply to my body's unique needs.
Through careful observation and dietary modifications, I learned which foods supported my well-being and which didn't. Over time, I healed my gut and even reintroduced foods I thought I'd have to avoid forever.This experience transformed more than just my physical health - it sparked a holistic lifestyle change incorporating mindfulness, self-love, and balanced nutrition. Now, I understand firsthand the frustration of digestive issues and the challenge of making dietary changes.
