About Me

I’m the founder of Nutri’Shine Wellness, a Brisbane-based Nutritionist and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) supporting individuals to build sustainable wellbeing through structured, evidence-based coaching.

With a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health and a background in dietetics, I integrate nutrition science, behaviour change coaching, and practical stress regulation strategies to support lasting lifestyle change — without rigid rules or pressure.

I am also a Professional Member of Health Coaches Australia & New Zealand (HCANZA) and a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, integrating breathwork and awareness-based practices where appropriate to support nervous system balance.

My Story

My professional journey began in 2015 in France, where I trained in dietetics and human nutrition and became a registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I later completed a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health to deepen my evidence-based understanding of nutrition and lifestyle-related wellbeing.

While my academic training provided strong scientific foundations, I came to recognise that long-term health is influenced by more than food alone. Through travel and living between Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, I observed how stress, environment, daily habits, and life transitions significantly impact wellbeing.

Over time, I came to understand that sustainable health is built from internal stability — not external control.

This perspective now shapes how I work with clients in Brisbane and online across Australia, integrating nutrition, behaviour change, and stress regulation strategies.

From Knowledge to Practice

My introduction to Kundalini Yoga marked an important turning point. The practice showed me how breathwork, awareness, and gentle movement can support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

Alongside this, I trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, deepening my understanding of bio-individuality — the principle that health is personal and must be approached with flexibility and structure.

These experiences shaped my current approach: grounded, personalised, and focused on practical strategies that fit real life.

A Personal Health Experience

In 2022, I experienced significant digestive health challenges that affected my daily life. Despite my background in nutrition, restoring balance required patience, observation, and a deeper awareness of stress and lifestyle patterns.

Through a structured low FODMAP approach, mindful eating practices, and broader lifestyle adjustments, I gradually restored my digestive health and reintroduced foods I once thought I would need to avoid permanently.

This experience reinforced a core belief I now bring into every coaching session: sustainable change comes from awareness and strategy — not force.

How This Shapes My Work

Today, I support individuals in Brisbane and online who want to:

My role is not to “fix” you, but to provide structured guidance, accountability, and evidence-based strategies that support long-term behavioural change.
