About Me

I’m the founder of Nutri’Shine Wellness and a Nutritionist and Health & Wellness Coach supporting individuals to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build sustainable wellbeing.

My work combines evidence-based nutrition and health coaching, mindfulness, and gentle movement practices to support calm, awareness, and lasting lifestyle change — without pressure, judgement, or rigid rules.

I hold a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health and I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), a Professional Member of Health Coaches Australia & New Zealand, and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

My Story

My professional journey began in 2015 in France, where I trained in dietetics and human nutrition and became a registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Wanting to deepen my understanding of nutrition and health, I later completed a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health.

While my academic background gave me a strong scientific foundation, I felt there was something missing. I wanted to understand health not just intellectually, but experientially.

This led me to travel extensively, including a year living between New Zealand and Australia. During this time, I developed a deeper awareness of myself, my needs, and how lifestyle, stress, and environment impact wellbeing.

Growing up between England and France also shaped this perspective. Living between cultures led me to question where “home” truly was. Over time, I realised that a sense of stability and belonging isn’t something external — it’s something we build within ourselves.

This understanding sits at the heart of my work today.

From Knowledge to Practice

My introduction to Kundalini Yoga marked an important turning point. The practice taught me how breath, awareness, and gentle movement can support emotional regulation, stress management, and self-connection.

At the same time, I trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, where I deepened my understanding of bio-individuality — the idea that wellbeing looks different for everyone and must be approached in a personalised, flexible way.

These experiences shaped my current approach: grounded, awareness-led, and focused on practical change that fits real life.

A Personal Health Experience

In 2022, I experienced significant digestive health challenges that affected my daily life and wellbeing. Despite my background in nutrition, finding solutions required patience, observation, and deep listening to my body.

Through dietary adjustments, including a low FODMAP approach, and a broader shift toward mindful eating and lifestyle balance, I gradually restored my digestive health and reintroduced foods I once thought I’d need to avoid permanently.

This experience reinforced something I now bring into every session: lasting change comes from awareness, not force.

How This Shapes My Work

Today, I support individuals who want to feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to themselves.

My role is not to “fix” or push, but to create a supportive space where you can:
- build awareness
- understand your patterns
- make informed, sustainable changes
- develop trust in your body and inner cues

You don’t need to do everything at once — and you don’t need to do it alone.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in France
Official professional registration following completion of accredited dietetics training. Adeli number available. Reimbursement applies to France only.‍

Master of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health
Postgraduate education providing a strong evidence-based understanding of nutrition, health, and lifestyle-related wellbeing.
2023
Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher

International Teacher Training Level One Program (220 hours), focused on breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement to support awareness and stress regulation.
2024
Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Training in health and wellness coaching, behaviour change, and personalised lifestyle support.

Life Cycles and Life Styles Course
Part of the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level Two Program, deepening understanding of life transitions, awareness, and self-connection.
