Kundalini Yoga Classes | Brisbane

Kundalini Yoga is a structured practice combining breathwork, movement, meditation, and mantra. Classes are offered both online and in person in Brisbane, designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

Rather than focusing on performance or flexibility, the emphasis is on awareness — learning to tune into your breath, your body, and your internal patterns.

Each 75-minute LiveStream class is designed to create measurable shifts — helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded beyond the session itself.

Classes are guided live by Rosie, a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher based in Brisbane.

Elevate Your Mind and Body

Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness.

The goal is not to push harder, but to build presence and nervous system resilience.

Through consistent practice, you begin to notice patterns — in your thoughts, reactions, and habits. From awareness, more conscious choices become possible.

This is not about dramatic transformation. It is about steady regulation, clarity, and building a stronger relationship with yourself.

Over time, the benefits extend beyond the mat — supporting how you respond to stress, how you manage energy, and how you move through daily life.

How the Practice Works

In these online Kundalini Yoga classes, the practice works directly with the breath and nervous system. Through specific sequences (kriyas), it creates measurable shifts in energy, focus, and emotional stability.

Each class follows a clear structure:
Opening the space
Setting Intentions

Begin your practice with the Adi Mantra and Mangala Charan Mantra, creating a sacred space and setting a focused intention for your session.

Warm-Up
Preparing Yourself

Gentle movement prepares the body and helps focus the mind.

Kriya
Energy Flow Activation

A structured sequence combining posture, breath, and repetition. The rhythm of the practice builds stamina, focus, and resilience.

Relaxation/Savasana
Deep Restoration

Time to integrate the effects of the kriya and allow the nervous system to settle.

Meditation
Inner Focus

A focused meditation to support mental clarity and emotional steadiness.

Closing the space
Gratitude and Closure

Conclude your session with the “Long Time Sunshine” chant and three repetitions of Sat Nam, sealing your practice with gratitude and mindfulness.

What My Students Are Saying

Here’s what students share about their experience in these online Kundalini Yoga classes.

“Rosie holds such a calm and supportive space, even online. Her guidance is clear and intentional, and I always feel both grounded and energised after class. Over time, I’ve noticed better focus, improved sleep, and a deeper sense of balance in my day-to-day life. The practice feels structured and meaningful, not rushed. I would absolutely recommend her classes to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves."

Victoria Allsop

"Rosie has a way of explaining Kundalini Yoga that makes it accessible and easy to follow. I was new to this style of yoga, but I quickly felt comfortable and supported. The mix of breathwork, movement, and meditation helps me reset both physically and mentally. I’ve become more aware of my stress levels and how to manage them. I genuinely look forward to each session. ☺️"

Mélissa Pineau

"My first class with Rosie was eye-opening. I didn’t expect to feel such a shift after just one session. She creates a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you can go at your own pace. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. I’m excited to continue the journey!"
