Kundalini Yoga Classes | Brisbane
Kundalini Yoga is a structured practice combining breathwork, movement, meditation, and mantra. Classes are offered both online and in person in Brisbane, designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
Rather than focusing on performance or flexibility, the emphasis is on awareness — learning to tune into your breath, your body, and your internal patterns.
Each 75-minute LiveStream class is designed to create measurable shifts — helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded beyond the session itself.
Classes are guided live by Rosie, a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher based in Brisbane.

Elevate Your Mind and Body
Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness.
The goal is not to push harder, but to build presence and nervous system resilience.
Through consistent practice, you begin to notice patterns — in your thoughts, reactions, and habits. From awareness, more conscious choices become possible.
This is not about dramatic transformation. It is about steady regulation, clarity, and building a stronger relationship with yourself.
Over time, the benefits extend beyond the mat — supporting how you respond to stress, how you manage energy, and how you move through daily life.

How the Practice Works
Each class follows a clear structure:
Begin your practice with the Adi Mantra and Mangala Charan Mantra, creating a sacred space and setting a focused intention for your session.
Gentle movement prepares the body and helps focus the mind.
A structured sequence combining posture, breath, and repetition. The rhythm of the practice builds stamina, focus, and resilience.
Time to integrate the effects of the kriya and allow the nervous system to settle.
A focused meditation to support mental clarity and emotional steadiness.
Conclude your session with the “Long Time Sunshine” chant and three repetitions of Sat Nam, sealing your practice with gratitude and mindfulness.
